Job Scope and Responsibilities
- Create commercially viable out-bound travel packages.
- Sourcing and work with reliable land-operators or service providers directly to find the right bundle of components in creating the new products.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager on product development.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing campaigns, special advertising & promotions.
- Take the lead in identifying and exploring new business development opportunities (eg. wholesale).
- Recruit Product Team
- Negotiate benefits and service level with partners
- Review Partner Performance
- Review own product Pricing Policy
- Solving service issue caused by partner
- Ensure all necessary operation steps are being taken
Qualifications
- Male/Female with Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 3 years’ experience in Supervisor or Manager Position
- Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Service mind and pro-active with pleasant personality
- Good presentation and problem solving skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet)
