Job Scope and Responsibilities
- Plan visiting to find new sales leads
- Negotiating all contract with prospective client
- Determine pricing for negotiation
- Give sale presentation to prospective client
- Coaching sales team
- Improve pitching presentation
- Approve Quotation
- Review Sales commission
- Motivate Sales team
- Building relationship
- Update Product Knowledge Base
- Review Process and policy
- Recruit sales team
Qualifications
- Male/Female with Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 3 years’ experience in Supervisor or Manager Position
- Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Service mind and pro-active with pleasant personality
- Good presentation and problem solving skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet)
