Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Plan visiting to find new sales leads
• Negotiating all contract with prospective client
• Determine pricing for negotiation
• Give sale presentation to prospective client
• Coaching sales team
• Improve pitching presentation
• Approve Quotation
• Review Sales commission
• Motivate Sales team
• Building relationship
• Update Product Knowledge Base
• Review Process and policy
• Recruit sales team

Qualifications

• Male/Female with Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• At least 3 years’ experience in Supervisor or Manager Position
• Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Service mind and pro-active with pleasant personality
• Good presentation and problem solving skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet)
