Job Scope and Responsibilities
- Oversee HRM & HRD (Focus recruitment process on first step)
- Leading and implementing HR policy, plan according to company’s objective.
- Improving HR performance, maximizing HR procedures, process and providing effective HR management.
- Responsible for manpower planning & controlling, develop job descriptions according to organization needs.
- Responsible for Employee Relations among employees, across the functions & increase employee engagement with HR Strategies, targeted participants and manage budget, compensation and benefit, training.
- Improving recruitment and selection strategies meet with company’s requirements.
- Motivated to lead the organization and contribute to company’s expansion
- Make and control a budget
- Provide on the job training, guidance, and coaching for improved performance
- Supervise subordinates to run HR tasks efficiently for enhanced HR activities
Qualifications
- Male/Female with Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 3 years’ experience in Supervisor or Manager Position
- Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Service mind and pro-active with pleasant personality
- Good presentation and problem solving skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet)
